TOURIST RENTAL AGREEMENT
A) SECURITY DEPOSIT
Accepted methods:

Credit card: you will receive a pre-check-in link. Refund within 7 business days after check-out.

Cash: to be handed over at check-in. Refund via bank transfer within 7 business days after check-out, upon providing your IBAN.
B) GARAGE

If booked, the garage will be available for the entire duration of your stay.
Early check-in or late check-out for the garage can be arranged in advance, subject to availability. -
REMOTE CONTROL:
If you receive the remote control, make sure to return it at the end of your stay in the black mailbox.

⚠️ If not returned, €25 will be deducted from the security deposit.

ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE:
You must park only in the assigned space.
Changing spaces is not allowed unless previously agreed.
Please park within the lines and as close to the wall as possible.
C) USE AND PROHIBITIONS

For tourist use only

Subletting or transfer to third parties is prohibited

The property must be returned in the same condition as it was received

Modifications or alterations to the property are not allowed
D) IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS
Each guest (including children) must provide a valid ID.
❗ Access to the apartment is not permitted without it.
E) APARTMENT ACCESS
Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to enter and stay overnight.
❗ Entry of unregistered persons will result in:

A €150 penalty

Notification to authorities

Immediate termination of stay without refund
F) HOUSE RULES

🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM

🎉 Parties or events are strictly forbidden

🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building
❗ Non-compliance will result in penalties.
G) WASTE SEPARATION

Proper waste sorting is mandatory (instructions provided in the apartment)

H) REFERENCE CLAUSE
For any matters not expressly covered, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
